聚丙烯纤维掺量及长度对自密实混凝土力学性能的影响

摘要 为探究聚丙烯纤维增强自密实混凝土的效果,文中对聚丙烯纤维不同掺量及长度条件下混凝土力学性能和工作性能差异进行试验。结果表明,聚丙烯纤维的掺入有利于改良自密实混凝土力学性能,掺量高于0.12%时会出现明显的纤维团聚问题,影响混凝土结构性能,推荐掺量为0.12%。采用较长聚丙烯纤维时,混凝土抗压强度不会出现明显变化,但抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度得到明显提升。 In order to explore the effect of polypropylene fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete,the mechanical properties and working properties of concrete with different dosage of polypropylene fiber and different length were tested.The results show that the addition of polypro-pylene fiber is conducive to improving the mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete,and obvious fiber aggregation problem will occur when the content is higher than 0.12%,which will affect the structural properties of concrete.It is recommended to use 0.12%as the content of polypropylene fiber,and the compressive strength of concrete will not change significantly when the use of longer polypropylene fiber.But the flexural strength and splitting tensile strength will be significantly improved.
