不同再生细骨料取代率的混凝土抗压强度试验分析

摘要 文中为探究混凝土采用再生不同细骨料取代率时的抗压强度性能差异,设计实验,分别取不同水灰比、不同再生细骨料取代率并配制混凝土,测定各组混凝土抗压强度。再生骨料取代率在10%~40%范围内混凝土7 d抗压强度随取代率提升而降低,同时,28 d抗压强度随取代率提升而增加,但影响效果并不显著;水灰比相同条件下,再生混凝土28 d抗压强度随再生细骨料取代率的提升而表现出整体降低的发展趋势;再生细骨料取代率取值在50%以内时混凝土28 d抗压强度虽有降低,但降幅不明显,数值始终在GB/T 50107—2010《混凝土强度检验评定标准》要求范围内。 In this paper,the difference of compressive strength of concrete under different regenerated fine aggregate substitution rate and dif-ferent water-cement ratio was tested and analyzed.The results show that the 7-day compressive strength of concrete decreases with the increase of the replacement rate,and the 28-day compressive strength increases with the increase of the replacement rate,but the effect is not signifi-cant.Under the same conditions of water-cement ratio,the 28d compressive strength of recycled concrete shows an overall decreasing trend with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate.When the replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate is less than 50%,the 28d compressive strength of concrete decreases,but the decrease is not obvious,and the value is always within the requirements of GB/T 50107-—2010"Standard for Inspection and Evaluation of Concrete Strength".
