SBS改性沥青制备及性能研究

Study on Preparation and Proerties of SBS Modified Asphalt

为探析SBS改性沥青的性能差异,文中对SBS掺量为5%、10%、15%和20%的改性沥青混合料的剥离强度、低温柔性和高温性能开展试验研究。结果表明,高温性能中SBS4402型改性剂对改性沥青的改良效果最佳,LG501S型改性剂及LG412S型改性剂效果分别次之;LG501S型改性剂低温柔性改良效果最佳,SBS4402型改性剂及LG412S型改性剂效果分别次之;LG501S型改性剂剥离强度改良效果最佳,SBS4402型改性剂次之,LG412S型改性剂改良效果最弱。

In order to investigate the performance differences of SBS modified asphalt,the paper conducted experimental studies on the peel strength,low temperature flexibility and high temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt mixtures with SBS content of 5%,10%,15%and 20%.The results show that SBS4402 modifier has the best improvement effect on modified asphalt,LG501S modifier and LG412S modifier have the second effect,respectively.The low temperature flexible modification effect of LG501S is the best,followed by SBS4402 and LG412S.LG501S modifier has the best improvement effect on peel strength,followed by SBS4402 modifier,LG412S modifier has the weakest improvement effect.
