联合方程算法对水泥半终粉磨系统生产成本的节约优化

摘要 为有效加强水泥半终粉磨系统的管理,降低系统生产成本,文中依据水泥半终粉磨生产流程,提出一种改良联合方程算法,在产量一定的情况下,实现生产费用最低化。结果显示,文中提出的联合方程算法能够优化生产流程,节约生产成本,改进幅度约为10%~20%。由此可见,联合方程算法能够优化水泥半终粉磨系统。因此,文中提出的联合方程算法适用于水泥生产企业的成本优化,可减少运营成本与生产成本,满足实际的成本生产需求。 In order to effectively strengthen the management of the cement semi final grinding system and reduce the cost of system production,this paper proposes an improved joint equation algorithm based on the cement semi final grinding production process,in order to minimize pro-duction costs under a certain output.The research results show that the joint equation algorithm proposed in this article can optimize the pro-duction process,save production costs,and improve by about 10%~20%.So,the joint equation algorithm can optimize the cement semi final grinding system.Therefore,the joint equation algorithm proposed in this paper can be suitable for the cost optimization of cement production enterprises,reduce operating costs and production costs,and meet the actual cost production needs.
