摘要
目前关于耳鸣的发病机制仍然不明确,具体的机制仍需进一步探索,动物模型的建立对于探索耳鸣的机制至关重要,可为解决临床耳鸣患者的困扰提供依据及治疗方法。然而,目前建立的耳鸣动物模型所选择的动物、诱导方法、验证方法均无统一、完善的标准,因而本文将从建立耳鸣动物模型的动物选择、诱导耳鸣的方法以及验证耳鸣的方法进行综述,为建立有效的耳鸣动物模型提供参考。
