摘要
为了研制一种性能较好且经济的修复砂浆材料,通过掺入陶瓷粉制备水硬性石灰砂浆,基于其凝结时间、干燥收缩率等试验数据确定最优配合比,并在此基础上通过添加纤维、外加剂等进行改性研究,系统探究了其力学性能及耐久性能。结合XRD和SEM对材料的微观结构进行详细分析,结果表明:陶瓷粉对水硬性石灰砂浆的干燥收缩率有所降低,随着陶瓷粉掺量的提高,砂浆凝结时间变短,18%掺量陶瓷粉的凝结时间最佳,添加2%硫酸铝外加剂的砂浆的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能最优,掺入4%石棉纤维对于提高砂浆的耐冻性能效果最好。
In order to develop a good performance and economic repair mortar material,this paper through the prepara-tion of ceramic lime mortar,based on the setting time,drying shrinkage rate test data to determine the optimal mix ratio,and on the basis of modified by adding fiber,admixture,the system explores the mechanical properties and durability per-formance.Combined with XRD and SEM analyzed the microstructure of the material,the results show that ceramic pow-der for hydraulic lime mortar drying shrinkage decreased,with the improvement of ceramic powder,mortar setting time is shorter,18%content of ceramic powder setting time,add 2%aluminum sulfate admixtures of mortar sulfate erosion per-formance is optimal,mixed with 4%asbestos fiber to improve the frost resistance of mortar.
