摘要
为改进现有变电站配电楼基础的性能,提出了一种新式的超高性能混凝土装配式基础方案。进行了新型装配式基础的足尺试验和有限元分析,试验数据和有限元分析结果较吻合。结果表明:超高性能混凝土应用于装配式基础,不仅有效减小其自重,而且在设计荷载作用下,仅连接部位有少量钢筋屈服,在基础变阶处产生少量裂缝。2倍设计荷载时,部分钢筋屈服并在靠近荷载中心变阶处出现竖向裂缝。此阶段整体未出现明显破损现象,从而体现出其良好的承载力特性。基础榫头处是整个装配式基础的薄弱部位,在实际工程设计中,榫头直径需要适当增大。
A new ultra-high performance concrete prefabricated foundation was proposed to improve the performance of the existing substation distribution building foundation.Full scale tests and finite element analysis were conducted on the new prefabricated foundation,and the test data and finite element analysis results were in good agreement.The results show that,when ultra-high performance concrete is applied to prefabricated foundations,it not only effectively reduces its own weight,but also under the design load,only a small amount of steel bars yield at the connection parts,and a small number of cracks are generated at the foundation step change.When the design load is doubled,some steel bars yield and vertical cracks appear near the center of the load.At this stage,there is no significant damage observed overall,indicating its good bearing capacity characteristics.The basic tenon is the weak part of the entire prefabricated foundation,and in ac-tual engineering design,the diameter of the tenon needs to be appropriately increased.
