摘要
对FEP热缩管生产过程进行了分析,结果表明:采用内压吹胀的连续方式生产FEP热缩管,扩张温度、扩张压力以及扩张速率对热缩管的热缩性能有直接影响;同时,原料的种类、模具的结构设计、基管的挤出工艺、热缩条件等对热缩管的生产过程及性能也有重要影响。
The production process of FEP heat-shrinkable tubing was analyzed,the results show that the expansion temperature,expansion pressure,and expansion speed have a direct impact on the heat-shrinking performance of FEP heat-shrinkable tubing when produced in a continuous manner using internal pressure blow molding method.At the same time,the type of the raw material,the mold's structural design,the extrusion process of the base tube,the conditions for heat shrinkage,etc.,also have significant impacts on the production process and performance of the heat-shrinkable tubing.
