摘要
通过对卡博替尼的原研专利和中国专利进行分析,对卡博替尼的知识产权状况进行梳理,有助于国内相关企业对其知识产权现状有较为全面的了解。
Through the analysis of the original research patents and Chinese patents of Cabozantinib,the intel-lectual property status of Cabozantinib is sorted out,which is helpful for domestic enterprises to have a more com-prehensive understanding of its intellectual property status.
