智慧教育时代科教协同创新发展的时空特征——基于省际高校面板数据的实证分析

Spatiotemporal Characteristics of Collaborative Innovation Development in the Era of Smart Education:An Empirical Analysis Based on Inter-provincial University Panel Data

摘要 文章基于2011-2020年我国31个省份(除港澳台外)的高校面板数据,测算不同地区智慧教育与科技创新发展水平及其耦合协调度评价,运用空间计量模型及灰色预测法对我国科教协同创新发展的时空演化特征及其未来趋势进行实证分析。研究发现我国科教协同创新发展水平在时序上呈增长态势,在空间上呈现出由东向西逐渐减弱的空间分布格局。由空间相关性分析可知,我国智慧教育与科技创新表现出空间集聚特征,主要以上海、江苏、浙江为主的“高-高”集聚与以西藏、青海、新疆为主的“低-低”集聚特征为代表。由预测结果可知,在2021-2025年间,中国31个省份(除港澳台外)的科教协同创新发展水平呈现出快速增长态势。 This paper utilizes panel data from universities across 31 provinces in China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan)from 2011 to 2020 to measure the development levels of smart education and technological innovation in different regions and evaluate their coupling coordination degree.Employing spatial econometric models and the grey prediction method,this study conducts an empirical analysis of the spatiotem-poral evolution characteristics and future trends of collaborative innovation development in China's science and education sectors.The study finds that the level of collaborative innovation development in China's science and education sectors shows an increasing trend over time and exhibits a spatial distribution pattern that diminishes from east to west.Spatial autocorrelation analysis reveals that smart education and technological innovation in China demonstrate spatial agglomeration characteristics,primarily represented by"high-high"agglomeration areas centered around Shanghai,Jiangsu,and Zhejiang,and"low-low"agglomeration areas centered around Tibet,Qinghai,and Xinjiang.Prediction results indicate that between 2021 and 2025,the level of collabora-tive innovation development in science and education sectors across China's 31 provinces(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan)will exhibit a rapid growth trend.
