正交试验优选黔产玄参的发汗工艺

摘要 优选黔产玄参的发汗工艺。在单因素考察基础上,对煮沸时间、发汗次数、单次发汗时间、发汗温度进行考察,以肉桂酸、哈巴苷和哈巴俄苷含量为评价指标,采用L 9(34)正交试验为实验设计,综合评分优选黔产玄参的发汗工艺。最佳发汗工艺为半干燥的玄参于蒸锅中蒸制30 min后发汗7次,每次36 h,温度15℃;此工艺制备的样品中肉桂酸、哈巴苷、哈巴俄苷的平均含量分别为1.79 mg/g、1.19 mg/g、0.81 mg/g,RSD值均小于3%。优选的发汗工艺稳定可行,可为黔产玄参的发汗工艺提供参考。 To optimize the sweating process of scrophulina from Guizhou,on the basis of single factor study,boiling time,perspiring times,single perspiring time and perspiring temperature were investigated.The contents of cinnamic acid,harpagoside and harpagoside were used as evaluation indexes,L 9(34)orthogonal test was used as experimental design.The best sweating process was that semi-dried scrophulana Scrophulana was steamed in a steamer for 30 min for 7 times,36 h each time,at 15℃.The average contents of cinnamic acid,harpagoside and harpagoside in the samples prepared by this process were 1.79 mg/g,1.19 mg/g and 0.81 mg/g,respectively,with RSDs of less than 3%.The optimal sweating process was stable and feasible,which can provide reference for the sweating process of Scrophulina from Guizhou.
