摘要
采用YWD-3F大孔吸附树脂、硅胶层析柱、反相材料(Rp-18)、葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)和制备以及半制备HPLC等多种材料和分离手段对云南重楼侧根75%乙醇提取物的化学成分进行研究,结合NMR、MS、UV、IR等现代波谱技术和化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果从云南重楼侧根中分离得到11个化合物,并用Ellman法评价部分化合物的乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性,化合物1的IC 50值为39.229μmol/L,具有一定的乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性。
To study the chemical constituents from 75%ethanol extractof the lateral roots of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis(Franch.)Hand.-Mazz,the chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various separation materials and methods over macroporous resin,silica gel column,reverse phase column(Rp-18),Sephadex LH-20,semi-preparative HPLC,etc,combined with comprehensive spectroscopic techniquesuch as NMR,MS,UV,IR,etc.In total of 11 compounds were isolated from the lateral roots of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis(Franch.)Hand.-Mazz.The anti-acetylcholinesterase activity of selected compounds was also evaluated using the Ellmanmethod.Compouds 1 showed theanti-acetylcholinesterase activity with IC 50 values of 39.229μmol/L.
