超声辅助提取鸦胆子油的工艺优化研究

摘要 为了获得超声辅助提取鸦胆子油的最优工艺条件,通过单因素和正交试验法进行优化。通过单因素试验确定最适单因素条件:提取温度40℃、液料比5∶1、超声时间3 h。在单因素试验基础上,选择试验因素和水平,设计正交试验考察鸦胆子油的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,最佳提取工艺参数为:超声时间3 h、提取温度45℃、液料比5∶1(mL∶g)。得油率可达23%,该方法操作简便、提取率高、条件温和,可用于鸦胆子油的提取。 In order to obtain the optimal process conditions for ultrasound-assisted extraction of Brucea javanica oil,the optimization was performed by one-factor-at-a time method and orthogonal experiment method.Single factor experiment was put forward to determine the optimal single factor conditions:extraction temperature was 40℃,liquid-solid ratio was 5∶1(mL∶g),ultrasonic time was 3 h.On basis of single factor experiment,test factors and levels were selected,and optimal extraction technology of oil from Brucea javanica was investigated according to orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimal conditons for extraction technology were as follows:ultrasonic time was 3 h,extraction temperature was 45℃,and liquid-solid ratio was 5∶1(mL∶g).The oil yield was 23%.This method was easy to operate,high extraction rate and mild conditions,and can be used for the extraction of Brucea javanica oil.
