固定污染源烟气汞监测技术模拟试验研究

摘要 为进一步规范固定污染源汞监测从采样前准备-采样-样品运输等环节,采样前探究了玻璃器皿的洗涤方法;用汞标准气发生器发生已知浓度的汞标准气体,探究了采样时间、采样管温度、吸收液温度以及样品运输条件对试验结果的影响。结果表明:300℃高温烘干洗涤后的玻璃器皿,可有效降低玻璃器皿的空白值;对汞气体浓度小于100μg/m^(3),采样时间为30、60、90、120 min时对测定结果无影响;在汞气体浓度为500μg/m 3下采集60 min,串联的两支吸收瓶未穿透;采样管常温和伴热120℃对测定结果无影响;采样时,吸收液放置在40℃温度环境下,会降低吸收液的吸收效率,放置在5℃和25℃温度环境下对测定结果无影响;样品运输过程中,需放置在室温环境下进行保藏运输。 In order to further standardize the monitoring of mercury from fixed pollution sources from the preparation before sampling to sampling and sample transportation,the washing method of glassware was explored before sampling.Mercury standard gas with known concentration was generated using a mercury standard gas generator to investigate the effects of sampling time,sampling tube temperature,absorption liquid temperature,and sample transportation conditions on the test results.The results showed that glassware dried and washed at 300℃ could effectively reduce the blank value of glassware.For mercury gas concentrations less than 100μg/m^(3),sampling times of 30,60,90,and 120 min had no effect on the determination results.Under a mercury gas concentration of 500μg/m 3,a 60 min collection with two connected absorption bottles did not penetrate.Sampling tube at room temperature and heated to 120℃ had no effect on the determination results.During sampling,placing the absorption liquid in a 40℃ temperature environment would reduce the absorption efficiency of the absorption liquid,while placing it in environments of 5℃and 25℃had no effect on the determination results.During sample transportation,it is necessary to store and transport the samples at room temperature.
