摘要
本文研究了暖贴废渣活化过硫酸盐在处理药厂包衣液废水中的应用。研究结果表明:暖贴废渣—过硫酸盐混合物能有效处理包衣液废水,COD_(Cr)去除效率在67%左右;准一级反应动力学系数k_(混合)(0.0104 min^(-1))明显大于k_(暖贴废渣)(0.0019 min^(-1))和k_(过硫酸盐)(0.0023 min^(-1)),暖贴废渣—过硫酸钾混合物比暖贴废渣或过硫酸盐降解反应速率快;pH值为6、低温有利于暖贴废渣—过硫酸盐混合物对包衣液废水的处理。
The utilization of persulfate functionalized by heating pieces residue in the treatment of wastewater from the film coating process in pharmaceutical plants was investigated.The results showed that the heating pieces residue-persulfate mixture can treat wastewater effectively,reaching a COD_(Cr) removal rate of 67%.The pseudo-first-order kinetics coefficient k_(mixture)(0.0104 min^(-1))was significantly larger than k_(heating-pieces-residue)(0.0019 min^(-1))and k_(persulfate)(0.0023 min^(-1)).Thus,the degradation rate of heating pieces residue and persulfate mixture was faster than individual heating pieces residue or persulfate.A pH value of 6 and low temperature were beneficial for treating wastewater from the film coating process by heating pieces residue and persulfate mixture.
