摘要
生态环境监测实验室仪器监测标准方法使用校准曲线外标法定量法、标准加入定量法和内标定量法较多。其中使用紫外分光光度法分析原理、原子吸收光谱法分析原理、原子荧光光谱分析原理、原子荧光光谱分析原理、原子发射光谱分析原理、离子色谱法分析原理、液相色谱法分析原理的环境监测标准方法使用校准曲线外标法定量法多;气相质谱法分析原理、原子发射光谱质谱、液相质谱法分析原理的环境监测标准方法使用内标定量法多。相同环境监测项目有多个监测标准方法选择时,要考虑待测样品基体可能存在的干扰、待测样品的类型、检测标准方法的方法检出限是否低于待测样品的评价标准的限值水平,选择监测含量范围广且灵敏度高的监测标准,从而避免待测样品结果出现假阳性、假阴性的判断结论。
There are many quantitative methods for instrument analysis in ecological environment monitoring laboratories,including calibration curve external standard method,standard addition method,and internal standard method.Among them,the environmental monitoring standard methods that use the principles of ultraviolet spectrophotometry,atomic absorption spectroscopy,atomic fluorescence spectroscopy,atomic emission spectroscopy,ion chromatography,and liquid chromatography are mostly quantitative methods using calibration curve external standard methods;The environmental monitoring standard methods for gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,atomic emission spectrometry,and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry often use internal standard quantification methods.When selecting multiple monitoring standard methods for the same environmental monitoring project,consideration should be given to the possible interference of the sample matrix,the type of sample to be tested,and whether the detection limit of the detection standard method is lower than the limit level of the evaluation standard for the sample to be tested,Monitoring standards with a wide range of monitoring contents and high sensitivity was selected,in order to avoid false positive or false negative judgment conclusions in the test sample results.
