摘要
氢化钛作为一种储氢合金,具有能力密度大、来源广泛、可持续发展等优点,但其受到外界刺激引起爆炸导致的后果会比单质金属粉尘更具破坏力。为降低储氢合金粉尘爆炸风险,研究了典型储氢合金TiH_(2)粉尘爆炸影响因素,分析了TiH_(2)在生产、储存和运输过程中可能存在的风险性因素,提出了一系列可取的TiH_(2)粉尘爆炸防控方法,为储氢合金的安全生产、氢能的高效利用提供新的思路。
As a kind of hydrogen storage alloy,titanium hydride has the advantages of high density,wide source and sustainable development,but its explosion caused by external stimulation would be more destructive than the simple metal dust.In order to reduce the dust explosion risk of hydrogen storage alloy,the influencing factors of dust explosion of typical hydrogen storage alloy TiH_(2) were studied,and the possible risk factors in the production,storage and transportation of TiH_(2) were analyzed.A series of effective methods for TiH_(2) dust explosion prevention and control were put forward,which provided new ideas for the safe production of hydrogen storage alloy and efficient utilization of hydrogen energy.
