摘要 张靖皋长江大桥作为一项超级工程,是中国首座跨度超2000 m的悬索桥,也是目前世界最大跨径桥梁,科技含量高,工程品质要求高,需对重要施工工艺开发应用智能建造技术,实现施工可测、可视、可控,提升工程质量和工效。针对张靖皋长江大桥打造“无缝承台、无缝塔座”的高标准建设要求,研发应用了大体积混凝土智能温控技术:为提高大体积混凝土冷却管通水效率,开发了智能冷却水调控系统,从而达到控制大体积混凝土内部温度发展的目的;为直观展示温控过程及效果,开发了温控智能展示平台,基于预设的温控指标对监控过程中出现的数据超标及异常进行预警,给出处理指令。智能温控技术在张靖皋长江大桥北航道桥承台和塔座大体积混凝土的应用表明,大体积混凝土温控水平得到了显著提高,避免了人为因素对大体积混凝土质量的影响,承台和塔座混凝土控裂效果良好。 As a super project,ZhangJinggao Yangtze River Bridge is the first suspension bridge with a span of over 2000 meters in China as well as the largest span bridge in the world.It has high scientific and technological content and engineering quality requirements.It is necessary to develop and apply intelligent construction technology to important construction technology to realize measurable,visible and controllable construction and improve engineering quality and work efficiency.In view of the high standard construction requirements of′seamless pile cap and tower base′for ZhangJinggao Yangtze River Bridge,the intelligent temperature control technology of mass concrete was applied.In order to improve the water supply efficiency of mass concrete cooling pipes,an intelligent cooling water control system was developed,so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the internal temperature development of mass concrete;for the sake of visually displaying the process and effect of temperature control,an intelligent display platform for temperature control was developed.Based on the preset temperature control index,the data exceeding the standard and abnormal in the monitoring process were warned,and the processing instructions were introduced.The application of intelligent temperature control technology in mass concrete of pile cap and tower base of North Airway Bridge of Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge showed that the temperature control level of mass concrete had been significantly improved,the influence of human factors on the quality of mass concrete had been avoided,and the crack control effect of pile cap and tower base concrete was favorable.
