三维激光扫描与BIM融合在建筑工程中的应用研究

摘要 随着城市化进程的加速和社会经济的发展,建筑规模和结构复杂性不断增加,传统的工程测量和建筑设计方法已经难以满足现代工程项目的需求。以晋城市文化艺术中心为研究对象,基于BIM技术在建筑建设中的应用效果,通过三维激光扫描技术获取建筑的精准点位,建立三维点云BIM模型,并与原有BIM模型进行对比,结果表明:利用三维点云BIM模型进行装修、机电安装等模型的搭建,实现了施工场地布置和机电管线的优化,提高了各方人员沟通协作效率,提升了项目机电施工的标准化,减少了由施工误差给后续装修、机电安装施工带来的影响,尤其是在观众厅吊顶施工过程中,通过三维点云BIM模型进行深化设计,准确地设计出吊杆位置、龙骨位置和每块不规则铝板的实际尺寸,提高了安装吊顶的安装精度,保证了施工质量,加快了施工进度。 With the acceleration of urbanization and the development of social economy,the scale and structural complexity of buildings are increasing,and the traditional engineering measurement and architectural design methods have been difficult to meet the needs of modern engineering projects.Taking Jincheng Culture and Art Center as the research object,based on the application effect of BIM technology in building construction,the precise points of the building are obtained by three⁃dimensional laser scanning technology,and the three⁃dimensional point cloud BIM model is established and compared with the original BIM model.The results show that the three⁃dimensional point cloud BIM model is used to build the models of decoration and electromechanical installation,which realizes the optimization of construction site layout and electromechanical pipeline,improves the efficiency of communication and cooperation among all parties,promotes the standardization of electromechanical construction of the project,and reduces the influence of construction error on subsequent decoration and electromechanical installation construction,especially in the construction process of the audience hall ceiling.Through the detailed design of the three⁃dimensional point cloud BIM model,the position of the boom,the position of the keel and the actual size of each irregular aluminum plate are accurately designed,which improves the installation accuracy of the installation ceiling,ensures the construction quality and speeds up the construction progress.
