建筑陶瓷工厂的数字化光伏集中管控系统

摘要 当前,在低碳经济和可持续发展的战略方针下,我国陶瓷企业加快了转型升级的步伐。很多大型陶瓷企业积极推进节能、减排、减污、增效的循环低碳清洁生产模式,并主动融合自动化、数字化、智能化等技术。其中光伏发电与数字化能源管理相结合赋能传统建筑陶瓷企业是近年新兴的节能减排新道路。笔者将数字化技术与光伏硬件相结合,开发出一套整合建筑陶瓷工厂光伏电站及能源计量器具数据的实时监视和远程控制的系统。 Currently,under the strategic guidelines of low-carbon economy and sustainable development,Chinese ceramic enterprises have accelerated the pace of transformation and upgrading.Many ceramic companies are actively promoting a cyclic,low-carbon and clean production model that saves energy,reduces emissions,reduces pollution,and increases efficiency,and actively integrates technologies such as automation,digitalization,and intelligence.Among them,the combination of photovoltaic power generation and industrial Internet to empower traditional architectural ceramics companies is a new path for energy conservation and emission reduction that has emerged in recent years.In this article,the industrial Internet and photovoltaic hardware are combined to develop a set of real-time monitoring and remote control system integrating photovoltaic power station and energy metering instruments data of building ceramics factory.
