艾考糊精腹膜透析液快速药学评估

Rapid drug evaluation of icodextrin peritoneal dialysate

目的评估艾考糊精腹膜透析液的有效性、安全性、经济性和药学特性,为医疗机构药品遴选提供循证依据。方法通过检索PubMed、the Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献服务系统、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普资讯,国内外快速卫生技术评估(HTA)机构官方网站和临床指南数据库获取相关文献,基于HTA和《中国医疗机构药品评价与遴选快速指南(第二版)》(以下简称《快速指南-2》)的药品评价方法,对艾考糊精腹膜透析液有效性、安全性、经济性和药学特性等方面进行快速药学评估。结果基于HTA方法,纳入了系统评价/meta分析7篇,药物经济学研究1篇。分析结果显示,艾考糊精腹膜透析液与葡萄糖腹膜透析液相比,可显著提高超滤量,并在皮疹、腹膜炎和不良事件发生率方面无差异。基于《快速指南-2》的药品评估方法,艾考糊精腹膜透析液的总评分为72.2分。结论艾考糊精腹膜透析液在有效性、安全性和药学特性方面有一定优势,但经济性仍待进一步研究。

Objectivee To conduct drug evaluation of the efficacy,safety,economy and pharmaceutical characteristics of icodextrin peritoneal dialysate,providing evidence-based support for drug selection in medical institutions.Methods The relevant studies were obtained by searching Pubmed,the Cochrane Library,Sinomed,CNKl,Wanfang,VIP database,official websites of domestic and international health technology assessment(HTA)institutions,and clinical guideline databases.Based on the rapid HTA methodology and the drug evaluation method outlined in"A Quick Guideline for Drug Evaluation and Selection in Chinese Medical Institutions(the Second Edition)",a rapid drug evaluation of icodextrin peritoneal dialysate was conducted,focusing on its efficacy,safety,economy and pharmaceutical characteristics.Results Using the HTA methodology,seven systematic evaluations/meta-analyses and 1 pharmacoeconomic study were included.The analysis showed that icodextrin peritoneal dialysate significantly improved patient ultrafiltration volume compared to glucose peritoneal dialysate,with no difference in the incidence of rash,peritonitis,and adverse events.Based on the drug evaluation method of Quick Guideline-2,icodextrin peritoneal dialysate were scored 72.2 points.Conclusion Icodextrin peritoneal dialysate has several advantages in terms of efficacy,safety and pharmaceutical properties,but its economy still needs further research.
