摩擦纳米传感技术在人体关节运动角度测量中的应用

Application of triboelectric nanosensing technology in measuring human joint motion angles

摘要 为了准确测量人体运动过程中关节活动的角度,本研究基于摩擦纳米发电机的传感特性,设计了一种旋转圆盘式摩擦纳米发电机(RDTENG)。通过对RDTENG进行理论分析,建立了摩擦纳米发电机的角度传感模型,推导了开路和闭路状态下RDTENG的电信号和转子旋转角度之间的关系。仿真和实验结果表明,RDTENG处于开环电路时,其开路电压峰值不受转子转速变化的影响,开路电压随转子的旋转角度发生周期性变化,且角度测量范围不受限制;而RDTENG处于闭环电路时,其输出电压的峰值与转子转速呈现明显的线性相关性,线性相关系数为0.9878,角速度传感灵敏度为0.0472V/(rad/s)。研究结果证明了RDTENG在人体运动监测领域的应用可行性,为进一步提高人体运动监测的精度和可靠性提供了一种方法和思路。 A rotary disk triboelectric nanogenerator(RDTENG)was designed to accurately measure the angle of joint activities during human motion,leveraging the sensing capabilities of triboelectric nanogenerator.The RDTENG was analyzed theoretically to establish a model for angle sensing.The relationship between the electrical signals and rotor rotation angles of the RDTENG in both open and closed circuit configurations was derived.Simulation and experimental results indicate that in an open-circuit,the RDTENG's voltage peak remains unaffected by rotor rotational velocity variations.The open-circuit voltage of RDTENG exhibits periodic variations with the rotor rotation angle,and the range of angle measurement is unrestricted.Conversely,in a closed circuit,the RDTENG's peak output voltage shows a significant linear correlation with rotor rotational velocity,with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9878 and an angle velocity sensing sensitivity of 0.0472V/(rad/s).The findings of this study demonstrate the feasibility of applying RDTENG in the field of human motion monitoring,and offer new methods and perspectives to enhance the accuracy and reliability of human motion monitoring.
