BIM技术在运维管理平台中的应用探究

摘要 随着建筑行业的快速发展和智能化技术的不断迭代升级,建筑设备的运维管理已成为至关重要的任务。在现代建筑中,建筑物作为复杂的生态系统,由多种设备、系统和技术组成,旨在提供高效、可持续和智能化的环境。然而,传统运维管理平台面临数据孤岛、信息不透明和协同不足的问题,难以实现设备的高效管理和维护。建筑信息模型(BIM)技术作为一种创新的解决方案,能够有效集成设备信息、实现实时监测和故障预测,从而提高运维效率和设备可靠性。本文深入探讨了BIM技术在运维管理中的应用,包括设备信息集成与管理、运行状态监测与预警、故障预测与维修计划优化。通过案例分析验证了BIM技术在提升运维效率和降低维护成本方面的显著成效。 With the rapid development of the construction industry and the iterative upgrade of intelligent building applications,the operation and maintenance(O&M)management of building equipment has become a crucial task.In modern buildings,which act as complex ecosystems composed of various devices,systems,and technologies,the goal is to provide efficient,sustainable,and intelligent environments.However,traditional O&M management platforms face issues such as data silos,information opacity,and lack of coordination,making efficient equipment management and maintenance challenging.Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology,as an innovative solution,can effectively integrate equipment information,enable real-time monitoring,and predict faults,thereby improving O&M efficiency and equipment reliability.This paper explores the application of BIMtechnologyin O&Mmanagement,including equipment information integration and management,real-time status monitoring and alerting,fault prediction,and maintenance planning optimization.Through case studies,the paper verifies the significant impact of BIM technology on enhancing O&M efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.The conclusion is that BIM technology provides strong support for the sustainable operation and efficient management of building equipment and anticipates its future potential in data analysis and intelligent decision-making.
