基于Teigha的图纸自动生成技术研究

摘要 轨道交通火灾报警系统设计分为建筑设计、机电设计以及深化设计,其中深化设计是对整个项目进行更深层次的施工设计,作用是对施工阶段系统层面的合理性和落地性进行更深层次的论证,指导施工单位对机电设备进行快速、高效、准确的安装接线。该系统具有探测站点多、各探测站点设备种类多、监控模块数量庞大等特点,因此在深化设计阶段需要投入大量的人力、时间去完成深化图纸的绘制、校对。目前各项目的深化图纸绘制主要依靠人工手动绘制,本文提出了一种基于Teigha的图纸自动生成技术,将深化设计输入Excel表格,程序自动解析表格的配置并生成深化设计图纸,实践表明该技术在深化设计阶段可有效提高图纸绘制的准确性、缩短绘图周期,为后期的设备安装、接线、调试预留充足的时间。 The design of the fire alarm system for rail transit is divided into architectural design,mechanical and electrical design,and detailed design.The detailed design is a deeper level of construction design for the entire project,and its function is to provide a deeper demonstration of the rationality and practicality of the system during the construction phase,guiding the construction unit to quickly,efficiently,and accurately install and connect the mechanical and electrical equipment.The system has the characteristics of multiple detection sites,multiple types of equipment at each detection site,and a large number of monitoring modules.Therefore,a large amount of manpower and time need to be invested in the detailed design stage to complete the drawing and proofreading of the detailed drawings.At present,the detailed drawing of various projects mainly relies on manual drawing.This article proposes a Teiga based automatic drawing generation technology,which inputs the detailed design into an Excel spreadsheet.The program automatically analyzes the configuration of the spreadsheet and generates detailed design drawings.Practice has shown that this technology can effectively improve the accuracy of drawing during the detailed design stage,shorten the drawing cycle,and reserve sufficient time for equipment installation,wiring,and debugging in the later stage.
