摘要
本文通过朝阳站制冷机房的实践,从运维管理角度,对如何提升客站制冷机房的运行能效进行了探讨,建议新建机房从竣工验收到供冷稳定过程中应进行全面调适和控制策略优化,并给出了调适、优化方向;建议建立一套行之有效的能效监测管理制度,包括耗冷量、能效指标的定期分析与对标制度,根据能效指标及时优化管理的制度;传感器、能效监测仪表定期维护的制度等,并提出了一套基于报警闭环管理、根据运行数据进行“预防修”的科学设备维保理念,从而保证并达到了机房高能效运行的目标。本文可为高铁客站制冷机房的运维管理提供参考和指导。
This article explores how to improve the operational EER of chiller plants in railway passenger stations from the perspective of operation and maintenance management through the practice of Beijing Chaoyang Station.It is suggested that comprehensive adjustment and control strategy optimization should be carried out for the newly built plants from completion acceptance to stable cooling,and the direction of adjustment and optimization is provided;It is also suggested to establish an effective energy efficiency monitoring and management system,including regular analysis and benchmarking of cooling capacity and energy efficiency indicators,and optimizing management systems in a timely manner based on energy efficiency indicators;A system for regular maintenance of sensors and energy efficiency monitoring instruments has been proposed,and a scientific equipment maintenance concept based on alarm closed-loop management and"preventive maintenance"based on operating data has been proposed to ensure and achieve the goal of high-efficiency operation in a chiller plant.This article can provide reference and guidance for the operation and maintenance management of chiller plants in railway passenger stations.
