摘要
设计了一款由PLC控制的消防安防实训系统,选用了三菱FX3U-64MR系列的PLC,消防系统的感烟探测器、感温探测器以及手动报警按钮等,安防系统的紧急报警按钮、被动红外探测器等将信号反馈给PLC控制主机,经过PLC控制器处理后控制输出信号,以此来实现火灾报警和入侵报警。相比原有的消防安防实训系统,该系统实现了消防安防系统集中控制,且具有良好的二次开发性能,能够广泛应用于学生的实践训练和教师的科研项目。
A fire and security training system controlled by PLC was designed,using Mitsubishi FX3U64MR series PLC.The smoke detectors,temperature detectors,and manual alarm buttons of fire system,and the emergency alarm button and passive infrared detector of the security system feed back the signal to the PLC control host,and after being processed by the PLC controller,the output signal is controlled to achieve fire alarm and intrusion alarm.Compared to the original fire and security training system,this system achieves centralized control of the fire and security system,and has good secondary development performance,which can be widely applied to students' practical training and teachers' research projects.
