基于数据挖掘技术分析耳穴疗法治疗高血压伴失眠的选穴规律

Acupoint Selection Rules of Auriculotherapy in the Treatment of Hypertension with Sleeplessness Based on Data Mining Technology

目的基于数据挖掘分析技术耳穴疗法治疗高血压伴失眠的选穴规律。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library中耳穴疗法治疗高血压伴失眠的文献,检索时间为建库至2023年12月。统计耳穴使用频次,分析耳穴关联规则及耳穴复杂网络。结果最终纳入60篇文献,其中耳穴压丸54篇、耳针6篇;涉及23个耳穴,耳穴总使用频次为373次,其中使用频次排列前10位的耳穴依次为神门、心、肝、交感、肾、皮质下、脾、内分泌、耳背沟、胃。耳穴关联规则分析结果显示,共5对耳穴组合,分别为心—神门、交感—神门、肝—神门、心—交感、心—肝。网络节点重要性分析结果显示,度中心性排列前15位的网络节点分别为耳穴皮质下、心、神门、脾、交感、肝、肾、内分泌、耳背沟、胃、枕、肺、垂前、角窝上、三焦;耳穴核心处方为皮质下、心、神门、交感、脾、肝、肾、内分泌、耳背沟、胃、枕、肺、角窝上、脑干、额。结论高血压伴失眠的主要耳穴疗法为耳穴压丸,常用穴位组合为心—神门、交感—神门、肝—神门、心—交感、心—肝;耳穴疗法的核心处方为皮质下、心、神门、交感、脾、肝、肾、内分泌、耳背沟、胃、枕、肺、角窝上、脑干、额。

Objective To analyze the acupoint selection rules of auriculotherapy in the treatment of hypertension with sleeplessness based on data mining technology.Methods CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase and Cochrane Library were searched by computer for the literature of auriculotherapy in the treatment of hypertension with sleeplessness.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to December 2023.The frequency of auricular points was counted,and the association rules of auricular points and the complex network of auricular points were analyzed.Results Finally,60 articles were included,including 54 articles of auricular point pressing pills and 6 articles of auricular acupuncture.A total of 23 auricular points were involved,and the total frequency of use of auricular points was 373 times.The top 10 auricular points ranked by frequency of use were Shenmen,heart,liver,sympathetic,kidney,subcortex,spleen,endocrine,ear groove and stomach.The auricular point association rules analysis showed there were 5 pairs of auricular point combinations,which were heart—Shenmen,sympathetic—Shenmen,liver—Shenmen,heart—sympathetic,and heart—liver.The analysis of the importance of network nodes showede that the top 15 networl nodes in terms of degree of centrality were subcortical,heart,Shenmen,spleen,sympathetic,liver,kidney,endocrine,ear dorsal sulcus,stomach,pillow,lung,anterior lobe,upper horn fossa and triple energizer.The core prescription of auricular points was subcortical,heart,Shenmen,sympathetic,spleen,liver,kidney,endocrine,ear dorsal sulcus,stomach,pillow,lung,upper horn fossa,brain stem and forehead.Conclusion The main auriculotherapy for hypertension with sleeplessness is auricular point pressing pills.The commonly used acupoint combinations are heart—Shenmen,sympathetic—Shenmen,liver—Shenmen,heart—sympathetic,and heart—liver.The core prescription of auricular therapy is subcortical,heart,Shenmen,sympathetic,spleen,liver,kidney,endocrine,ear dorsal sulcus,stomach,pillow,lung,upper horn fossa,brain stem and forehead.
