摘要
为了确定综采工作面的采空区自燃“三带”分布情况,采用FLUENT数值模拟方法对老石旦煤矿工作面采空区自燃“三带”进行研究。通过对工作面采空区建立模型、确定采动裂隙O形圈参数,建立采空区渗流控制方程和采空区多孔介质的动量方程,把划分自燃“三带”的指标确定为采空区漏风风速的大小,进行FLUENT数值模拟并绘制风速分布图,依据风速的分布情况确定采空区自燃“三带”范围,为采空区防灭火提供科学依据。
In order to determine the distribution of the “three zones” of spontaneous combustion in the goaf of fully mechanized mining face,the FLUENT numerical simulation method is used to study the “three zones” of spontaneous combustion in the goaf of Laoshidan Coal Mine.By building a model for the goaf of the working face,the O-ring parameters of mining fracture is determined,the seepage control equation and the momentum equation of the porous media in the goaf are established,and the index dividing the “three zones” of spontaneous combustion is determined as the size of the air leakage velocity in the goaf.FLUENT numerical simulation is carried out and the wind velocity distribution diagram is drawn.According to the distribution of wind speed,the “three zones” range of spontaneous combustion in goaf is figured out to provide scientific basis for fire prevention.
