超长工作面液压支架关键参数设计及效益分析

摘要 为解决超长工作面回采过程中出现的剧烈矿压显现问题,以魏墙煤矿400m超长工作面为工程背景,通过类比分析陕北地区数个煤矿超长工作面液压支架基本参数,结合载荷估算法、FLAC^(3D)数值模拟和普式拱理论等方法综合确定液压支架支护强度和工作阻力。利用现有300 m工作面液压支架压力监测数据,校核修正超长工作面主要参数,并进行300 m工作面和400 m超长工作面的经济效益和优缺点对比分析。结果表明,400 m超长工作面选用的液压支架支护强度应不低于1.2 MPa,工作阻力不低于17 000 kN,可实现顶板稳定性控制,具有减小巷道掘进工程量、提高综采工作面工效、解决采掘接续难题等显著优点,可满足年产700万t煤炭资源的开采要求,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。 In order to solve the problem of severe mining pressure during the mining process of ultra long working faces,this article taking the 400m ultra long working face of Weiqiang Coal Mine as the engineering background,analyzes the main parameters of hydraulic supports for several coal mines in northern Shaanxi through analogy,load estimation method,FLAC~(3D) numerical simulation,and conventional arch theory to comprehensively determine the support strength and working resistance of hydraulic supports.Using the existing pressure monitoring data of hydraulic supports for 300 m working faces,the main parameters are checked and corrected,and the economic benefits and advantages and disadvantages of 300 m working faces and 400 m ultra long working faces are compared and analyzed.The results show that the hydraulic support strength for the 400 m ultra long working face should not be less than 1.2 MPa,and the working resistance should not be less than 17 000 kN,which can achieve roof stability control,reduce the amount of tunnel excavation work,improve the efficiency of the fully mechanized mining face,and solve the problem of mining continuity.It can meet the mining requirements of an annual output of 7 million tons of coal resources,and has good economic and social benefits.
