选煤厂原煤筛分破碎车间粉尘治理工作是日常生产过程中亟需解决的问题之一。原煤处理过程中,由于设备振动、破碎、落差等多重影响,会产生大量悬浮粉尘,不仅影响员工的身体健康,也会对生态环境产生一定的破坏和影响。根据黄陵矿业一号煤矿选煤厂原煤筛分破碎车间粉尘治理工程中的一些经验和取得的效果,系统阐述了选煤厂原煤筛分破碎车间粉尘治理工程的重要性、粉尘产生的原因及粉尘治理工程的具体方法和策略,包括改进和优化设备缺陷、量身定制先进的除尘系统等。实践表明,原煤车间通过量身定制封闭护罩、增设负压除尘系统和高压雾化系统进行生产期间粉尘的综合治理,治理方案切实可行,能够为类似生产条件下的煤炭企业提供一定的借鉴。

It is one of the urgent issues to control the dust of screening crushing workshop in coal preparation plant.During the treating process of raw coal,a large quantity of dust would produce due to the multiple influence of equipment vibration,crushing,drop difference,etc,which not only affect miners' health but also damage ecological environment.According to the experience in the dust controlling of the raw coal screening crushing workshop in the coal preparation plant of Huangling Mining No.1 Mine,we elaborate on the importance of dust controlling project,the cause of dust occurrence,and the practical method and strategy for dust control,including the improvement and optimization of equipment,and the installation of tailored advanced dust removal system.The results show that the tailored sealing protective mask,newly installed negative dust removal system and high-pressure atomization system are feasible scheme for the dust control,proving certain reference for similar coal enterprises.
