摘要
职业教育的类型特征及其人才培养目标决定了其教师队伍建设的基本方向和要求。当前,“双师型”教师队伍的内涵不断深化,“双师”的内涵由侧重教师个体的“双师”能力与素质逐步转向为注重跨界融合的结构化“双师”素质教师团队。校企共建的“双师”素质教师团队具有共同体、专业化、结构化等特征。基于合作共建项目的“双师”素质教师团队是职业教育教师教学团队建设的一种创新。探索以校企合作为主要原则,以高质量育人为共同愿景目标,依托共建项目组建结构化“双师”素质教师团队、搭建校企合作平台支撑团队发展、完善运行体制保障团队建设质量、完善项目绩效管理和考核机制提升团队发展质量等团队建设的有效路径,将为我国高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设提供参考。
The type and characteristics of vocational education and its talent training objectives determine the basic direction and requirements of its teacher team construction.At present,the connotation of the“double-qualified”teacher team is deepening.The connotation of the“double-qualified”teacher is gradually changing from the“double-qualified”ability and quality that focus on individual teachers to the“double-qualified”quality structured teacher team that focuses on cross-border integration.Community,specialization and structure are the characteristics of“double-qualified”teacher team built by school and enterprise.The project based“double-qualified”teacher team is an innovation in the construction of vocational education teachers'teaching team.Exploring effective ways of team building,such as taking school enterprise cooperation as the main principle,taking high-quality education as the common vision goal,relying on joint construction projects to form structured“double-qualified”teacher team,building school-enterprise cooperation plaforms to support team development,improving the operation system to ensure the quality of the team construction,improving project performance management and assessment mechanisms to im-prove the quality of team development,will provide useful practical reference for the construction of the“doublequalified”teacher team in vocational colleges in China.
