西安市红色文化资源融入高职思政教育的问题及对策

Issues and Countermeasures for Integrating Xi'an's Red Cultural Resources into Ideological and Political Education in Vocational Colleges

西安市红色文化资源是宝贵的精神“富矿”,是开展高职思政教育实践的重要载体。将西安市红色文化资源融入高职院校思政教育有利于增强高职思政教育实践教学的实效性、促进西安红色文化资源的传承、丰富和发展高职思政教育的内容。本文通过调查西安市红色文化资源融入高职思政教育的现状和问题,提出了融入对策:社会层面要做好挖掘、保护、宣传西安市红色文化资源的基础工作;院校层面要抓好课堂、实践、宣传和队伍建设。

Xi'an's red cultural resources are a valuable spiritual"rich mine"and an important carrier for the practice of ideological and political education in vocational colleges.Integrating Xi'an's red cultural resources into the ideological and political education of vocational colleges helps enhance the effectiveness of practical teaching,promotes the inheritance of Xi'an's red cultural resources,and enriches and develops the content of ideological and political education in vocational colleges.This paper investigates the current status and issues of integrating Xi'an's red cultural resources into ideological and political education in vocational colleges and proposes countermeasures:at the societal level,efforts should be made to excavate,protect,and publicize Xi'an's red cultural resources;at the institutional level,focus should be placed on classroom instruction,practical activities,publicity,and team building.
