摘要
在全面推行产学研协同育人培养模式的背景下,地方高校通过教学、科研、产出的深度融合,实现产学研联合培养研究生教育模式,有助于地方高校教育体系优化,促成高等教育的高质量发展。产学研协同培养研究生具有还原研究生教育的主体性,培养研究生全面且个性发展,实现学生在社会中深度参与的价值意蕴。产学研联合培养研究生应当遵循克服同质发展追求,回归发展本真理念,防范片面实践局限,关照学生真实发展,融合应用数字技术,构建共同体意识的实践路向,从而更好地培养研究生的综合能力,实现研究生教育的高质量发展。
In the context of fully promoting the training model of collaborative education amongst industry,university,and research(IUR),local universities have achieved a deep integration of teaching,scientific research,and practical output through joint training.This helpsoptimize and systematize education in local universities so as to boost their high-qualitydevelopment.Collaborative training among industry,university,and research for postgraduate students restores the subjectivity of graduate education,cultivating comprehensive and personalized development of postgraduate students,and achieving the significance of students’deep participation in society.Therefore,the joint training of industry,university and research for postgraduate students should followthe pursuit of overcoming homogeneous development,returning to the basic concept of development,preventing one-sided limitations on practice,caring for students’development by integrating and applying digital technologies,and buildingan awareness of shared community,in order to better cultivate the comprehensive abilities of postgraduate students and achieve high-quality development of graduate education.
