基于西门子PLC的商用车驾驶室电器检测系统设计

摘要 传统商用车在驾驶室电器检测环节采用人工接入蓄电池对驾驶室电器手动操作进行检测与记录,存在检测效率较低、易漏检等问题。本文对驾驶室电器检测系统提出总体设计方案、软硬件设计,采用西门子S7-1200PLC作为主控制器,配合工控机、组态软件、CM CANopen协议转换模块、交换机等组建工业以太网实现驾驶室电器自动检测,系统的应用可以降低人工成本,提升实际检测效率。 Traditional commercial vehicles use manual access to the battery to detect and record the manual operation of cab electrical appliances in the cab electrical testing process,which has problems such as low detection efficiency and easy missed detection.In this paper,the overall design scheme,software and hardware design of the cab electrical testing system are proposed,and the Siemens S7-1200PLC is used as the main controller,and the industrial Ethernet is used to realize the automatic detection of cab electrical appliances with industrial computers,configuration software,CM CANopen protocol conversion module,switches,etc.The application of the system can reduce labor costs and improve the actual testing efficiency.
