摘要
作为校外教育分支的校外培训,受制于传统观念影响,发展理念闭塞,分类狭窄,呈现出一系列的发展问题。文章总结芬兰“现象式学习”的特征,即让学习发生在广阔无边的校外真实场域,激发学习者无限探索的参与兴趣,横贯打通各门知识边界。基于“现象式学习”的特征与我国当下教育现状,文章为“双减”政策背景下校外培训机构的转型提供更为广阔的发展视域:延伸学习场域,挖掘多元教育资源;搭建亲子教育平台,助力家庭教育;注重学科整合,开发高质量的STEAM课程;赋能职业教育,提供个性化的职业规划,以此充盈校外教育的内核,拓宽校外教育的边界。
Off-campus Tutoring,as a branch of out-of-school education,is constrained by traditional ideas,with closed development concepts and narrow classifications,presents a series of developmental issues.This article summarizes the characteristics of“phenomenon based learning”in Finland,which enables learning to take place in vast and boundless real-world environments outside the classroom;sparking learners’unlimited exploration interests,and crosses knowledge boundaries.Based on the characteristics of“phenomenon-based learning”and the current education situation in China,this article provides a broader development perspective for the future transformation of extracurricular training institutions under the“Ease the Burden of Excessive Homework and Off-Campus Tutoring for Students Undergoing Compulsory Education”policy:firstly,extending learning environments and tapping into diverse educational resources;secondly,creating a personal education platform to support family education;thirdly,emphasizing subject integration and developing high-quality STEAM curriculum;fourthly,empowering vocational education and providing personalized career planning,thereby enriching the core of out-of school education and expanding its boundaries.
