摘要
学校家庭社会协同育人在推动学生成长发展方面发挥着重要作用。当前我国学校家庭社会协同育人工作存在着三主体教育角色定位模糊的问题,具体表现为学校教育角色的越位、家庭教育角色的缺位以及社会教育角色的错位。为重构学校家庭社会协同育人教育角色,健全校家社协同育人机制,政府要统筹学校家庭社会三主体,在育人工作上协调合作,促进形成“政府统筹协调—学校积极主导—家庭主动尽责—社会有效支持”的全链条育人生态链。
School,family and social cooperative education plays an important role in promoting the growth and development of students.At present,there are some problems in the role orientation of three subjects,which are manifested in the offside of school education,the absence of family education and the dislocation of social education.In order to reconstruct the role of school,family and society cooperative education and improve the mechanism of school,family and society cooperative education,the government should coordinate the three subjects of school,family and society in cooperative education,and promote the formation of the whole chain of“government overall coordination—school active leading—family fulfilling responsibilities—society effective support”.
