摘要
目的探讨bridge-in,objective,pre-test,participatory learning,post-test,summary(BOPPPS)教学模式结合案例教学法在临床实习护生培训中应用的效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年5月在神经内科接收的3年制专科(全日制)护理专业实习护生共80名,按照入科时间分为对照组(2021年6~11月)和观察组(2021年12月至2022年5月),每组40名。对照组采用传统的教学模式,观察组在传统教学模式的基础上实施BOPPPS教学模式结合案例教学法。比较两组理论知识、操作技能、迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)得分及护生对培训效果满意情况。结果培训后,观察组理论知识、操作技能、Mini-CEX得分均高于对照组(t=3.787,P<0.001;t=3.603,P=0.001;t=4.447,P<0.001)。观察组护生对培训效果满意率高于对照组(χ2=4.166,P=0.042)。结论BOPPPS教学模式结合案例教学法应用在临床护理教学中,可激发护生的学习兴趣和动力,提高实习护生专业理论知识和操作技能,有利于培养护生临床思维能力和临床护理综合能力,提高教学满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of bridge-in,objective,pre-test,participatory learning,post-test,summary(BOPPPS)teaching mode combined with case teaching method in the training of clinical nursing students.Methods A total of 803-year junior college(full-time)nursing students enrolled in the department of neurology from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(June to November 2021)and the observation group(December 2021 to May 2022)according to the admission time,with 40 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group implemented the BOPPPS teaching mode combined with case teaching method on the basis of the traditional teaching mode.Theoretical knowledge,operational skills,scores of mini clinical exercise evaluation(Mini-CEX)and nursing students'satisfaction with the training effect were compared between the two groups.Results After training,the scores of theoretical knowledge,operational skills and Mini-CEX in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=3.787,P<0.001;t=3.603,P=0.001;t=4.447,P<0.001).The satisfaction rate of the training effect of nursing students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(χ2=4.166,P=0.042).Conclusions The application of BOPPPS teaching mode combined with case teaching method in clinical nursing teaching can stimulate the learning interest and motivation of nursing students,effectively improve the professional theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nursing students,and help cultivate their clinical thinking ability and clinical nursing comprehensive ability,and improve their teaching satisfaction.
