基于患者反馈导向的姑息护理在多发性骨肿瘤患者疼痛干预中的应用

Application of patient feedback oriented palliative care in pain intervention of patients with multiple bone tumors

目的探讨基于患者反馈导向的姑息护理在多发性骨肿瘤患者疼痛干预中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月山东大学齐鲁医院收治的多发性骨肿瘤患者87例为研究对象,采用单双号随机分组法,分为对照组43例(行常规护理)和观察组44例(在对照组基础上行基于患者反馈导向的姑息护理)。比较两组的疼痛情况〔数字评分量表(Numerical Rating Scale,NRS)、癌痛爆发次数〕、自我状态及护理依从性、生存质量、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组的NRS评分、癌痛爆发次数、简明心境量表(Profile of Mode State,POMS)评分相比于对照组显著下降,观察组的自我效能及生活质量评分相比于对照组显著上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以患者反馈导向为基础的姑息护理在多发性骨肿瘤中能达到较理想的护理效果,能减轻疼痛症状,提升患者的自我效能、依从性,改善情绪状态,在满足患者需求、给予尊重支持情况下,有效提升生存质量。

Objective To explore the application value of palliative care based on patient feedback in pain intervention of patients with multiple bone tumors.Methods A total of 87 patients with multiple bone tumors admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.A total of 87 patients with multiple bone tumors admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.By odd-even randomization method,they were divided into the control group(43 patients receiving routine care)and the observation group(44 patients receiving patient-feedback oriented palliative care on the basis of the control group).The pain situation〔Numerical Rating Scale(NRS),the number of cancer pain outbreaks〕,self-status,nursing compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,NRS score,cancer pain outbreak frequency and Profile of Mode State(POMS)score of observation group were significantly decreased compared with control group,while self-efficacy and life quality scores of observation group were significantly increased compared with control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Palliative care based on patient feedback can achieve ideal nursing effects in multiple bone tumors,which can reduce pain symptoms,improve patients'self-efficacy and compliance,improve emotional state,and effectively improve the quality of life while meeting patients'needs and providing respect and support.
