OEC模式干预在膝关节镜手术护理管理中的应用

Application of OEC mode intervention in nursing management of knee arthroscopic surgery

目的观察在膝关节镜手术护理管理中应用海尔模式干预(Overall Every Control and Clear,OEC),对其护理质量的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月于中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院所收治的膝关节镜手术患者220例,根据随机数字法分为观察组(实施OEC模式干预)和对照组(实施常规护理)各110例。对比两组护理质量评分及术中临床指标,并使用压力性损伤危险评估量表(Braden Scale,Braden)测评两组患者入院当日、术后第3天的压力性损伤情况。结果入院当日,两组Braden量表评分及护理质量评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);术后第3天,观察组Braden量表评分、护理质量评分及术中临床指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论实施OEC模式干预可降低膝关节镜手术术中出血量,缓解压力性损伤危险情况,从而提升整体护理质量。

Objective To observe the effect of applying Overall Every Control and Clear(OEC)mode intervention in nursing management of knee arthroscopic surgery on nursing quality.Methods A total of 220 knee arthroscopic surgery patients admitted to this hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(OEC mode intervention)and control group(routine care)according to random number method,with 110 patients each.The nursing quality scores and intraoperative clinical indicators of the two groups were compared,and the Braden Scale(Braden)was used to evaluate the pressure ulcer situation of the two groups on the day of admission and the third day after surgery.Results On the day of admission,there was no significant difference in Braden scale score and nursing quality score between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 3rd day after surgery,Braden scale score,nursing quality score and intraoperative clinical indexes of observation group were better than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementation of OEC mode intervention can reduce the amount of blood loss during knee arthroscopy,alleviate the risk of pressure ulcer,and improve the overall quality of care.
