2024年5月中国甲乙丙类传染病疫情动态概要

Summary of National Data of Class A,B and C Communicable Diseases in China,May 2024

2024年5月(2024年5月1日00:00至5月31日24:00),全国(不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾省,下同)共报告法定传染病1227286例,死亡2084例。与上月相比,报告发病数上升9.6%,死亡数减少206例。甲类传染病无发病、死亡病例报告。乙类传染病中,除新型冠状病毒感染外,共报告发病424252例,死亡2080例。传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、百日咳、肺结核、梅毒及猩红热,占乙类传染病报告病例总数的93.8%。报告发病数较上月(420216例)上升1.0%,上升较多的病种为百日咳(增加6397例,上升7.0%)、猩红热(增加4146例,上升67.7%)、细菌性和阿米巴性痢疾(增加886例,上升35.1%)、布鲁氏菌病(增加866例,上升12.1%)和淋病(增加473例,上升5.8%)。

In May 2024(from 00:00,1 May to 24:00,31 May),a total of 1227286 cases of notifiable communicable diseases,including 2329 deaths,were reported in China(except Hong Kong,Macao Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan,the same below).Compared with last month,the reported case count increased by 9.6%,and reported death count decreased by 206.In communicable diseases in class A,no cases and no deaths were reported.
