2024年5月,全球共监测到传染病72种,涉及236个国家和地区。除流感外,涉及国家和地区数量位于前5位的传染病分别为新型冠状病毒感染(236个)、猴痘(117个)、登革热(33个)、麻疹(28个)和霍乱(21个)。病死率位于前5位的传染病分别为人感染H5N1禽流感(52.00%)、中东呼吸综合征(36.00%)、拉沙热(18.10%)、脑膜炎(7.40%)和猴痘(5.00%)。死亡病例数位于前5位的传染病分别为新型冠状病毒感染、登革热、麻疹、霍乱和猴痘。亚洲主要流行新型冠状病毒感染、霍乱、登革热、克里米亚–刚果出血热和麻疹;非洲主要流行新型冠状病毒感染、霍乱、黄热病、拉沙热、猴痘、麻疹、脑膜炎和脊髓灰质炎;美洲主要流行新型冠状病毒感染、登革热、基孔肯雅热和猴痘;欧洲主要流行新型冠状病毒感染、猴痘、麻疹和呼吸道合胞病毒感染。
In May 2024,a total of 72 infectious diseases were reported globally,affecting 236 countries and regions.Except for influenza,the top five infectious diseases affecting greatest number of countries and regions were coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)(236),mpox(117),dengue fever(33),measles(28)and cholera(21).The top five infectious diseases with highest case fatality rates were human infection with avian influenza A(H5N1)(52.00%),Middle East respiratory syndrome(36.00%),Lassa fever(18.10%),meningitis(7.40%)and mpox(5.00%).The top five infectious diseases with greatest number of deaths were COVID-19,dengue fever,measles,cholera and mpox.The prevalent infectious diseases in Asia were COVID-19,cholera,dengue fever,Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever and measles,the prevalent infectious diseases in Africa were COVID-19,cholera,yellow fever,Lassa fever,mpox,measles,meningitis and poliomyelitis,the prevalent infectious diseases in America were COVID-19,dengue fever,chikungunya fever and mpox,the prevalent infectious disease in Europe were COVID-19,mpox,measles and respiratory syncytial virus infection.
