以跌倒风险评估量表为策略的护理干预对帕金森患者跌倒的预防作用

Preventive effect of nursing intervention using the Fall Risk Assessment Scale as strategy on fall in Parkinson's disease patients

目的分析以跌倒风险评估量表为策略的护理干预对帕金森患者跌倒的预防作用。方法选择2018年2月至2022年3月收治的120例帕金森患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予以跌倒风险评估量表为策略的护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的防跌倒知识、防跌倒信念及防跌倒行为评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的HendrichⅡ跌倒因素模型量表(HFRM)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的跌倒发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的Berg平衡量表(BBS)、功能性步态评价表(FGA)及Fugl-Meyer评估量表下肢部分(FMA-LE)评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以跌倒风险评估量表为策略的护理干预用于帕金森患者跌倒预防护理中,可提高其跌倒知信行水平及下肢功能稳定性,降低跌倒风险及发生率,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the preventive effect of nursing intervention using the Fall Risk Assessment Scale as strategy on fall in Parkinson's disease patients.Methods A total of 120 Parkinson's disease patients admitted from February 2018 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received nursing intervention using the Fall Risk Assessment Scale as strategy based on the control group.The intervention effects of two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of knowledge,belief and behavior of fall prevention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the HendfichⅡFall Risk Model(HFRM)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of fall in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Berg Balance Scale(BBS),Functional Gait Assessment(FGA)and Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Lower Extremity(FMA-LE)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention using the fall risk assessment scale as strategy use in the fall prevention nursing of Parkinson's disease patients can improve the level of knowledge,belief and behavior of fall and the stability of lower limb function,and reduce the risk and incidence of fall,which is worthy of promotion.
