摘要
心血管疾病是一种关于心脏及其相关血管的疾病,肠道微生物通过自身成分及代谢产物对宿主产生影响,与心血管疾病之间关系密切。本文针对肠道微生物、代谢产物的作用及其与心血管疾病之间的易感性关系进行系统综述,为调节肠道菌群组成及代谢产物作为心血管疾病治疗的新靶点提供依据。
Cardiovascular disease is a disease about the heart and its related blood vessels.Gut microbes have effects on the host through their own components and metabolites,and are closely related to cardiovascular disease.This article systematically reviews the role of gut microbes and metabolites and their relationship with the susceptibility to cardiovascular diseases,and provides a basis for regulating the composition of intestinal flora and metabolites as a new target for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
