浅谈开发区数字化转型之路——基于山西综改区一体化探索

On the Road of Digital Transformation in Development Zones——Exploring the Integration of Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone

本文指出山西转型综改示范区打造的数字综改是运用信息和通信技术手段感测、分析、整合开发区运行核心系统的各项关键信息,对包括民生、产业、公共安全、开发区服务、工商业活动在内的各种需求做出智能响应,实质是利用先进的信息技术,贯彻“互联、整合、协同、创新、智能”的理念,实现开发区智慧式管理和运行,进而为开发区创造更美好的工作与生活环境,是我国开发区数字化转型的样板工程,为我国开发区探索出一条数字化转型示范之路。

This paper points out that the digital comprehensive reform created by the Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone is the use of information and communication technology to sense,analyze,and integrate key information of the core system of the development zone,and to make intelligent responses to various needs including people's livelihood,industry,public safety,development zone services,and industrial and commercial activities.Essentially,it utilizes advanced information technology,implements the concept of"interconnection,integration,collaboration,innovation,and intelligence",realizes intelligent management and operation of the development zone,and creates a better working and living environment for the development zone.It is a model project for the digital transformation of China's development zones,and explores a digital transformation demonstration path for China's development zones.
