钢铁企业金属制品生产管理系统设计与实现

摘要 与钢铁主业相比,钢铁企业金属制品生产的炼钢、热轧、冷轧等独具特点,既有连续生产,也有离散加工,生产工艺具有多样性,流程更加复杂,仅靠人工方式无法达成精细化管理目标。因此,按照构建高质量钢铁生态圈和智慧制造的要求建设金属制品生产管理系统(以下简称“金属系统”),可为实现“一总部、多基地”的管控模式提供平台支撑;能够实现可追溯的一体化生产组织、一贯质量控制、全程物料跟踪、生产质量数据采集,从而提高金属制品各业务板块的管理效率与管理精度,为钢铁企业金属制品生产的高速发展提供强有力的支撑。 Compared with the main business of steel,the production of metal products in steel enterprises has unique characteristics such as steelmaking,hot rolling,cold rolling,etc.It includes both continuous production and discrete processing.The production process is diverse,and the process is more complex.Only manual methods cannot achieve the goal of refined management.Therefore,building a metal product production management system(hereinafter referred to as the“metal system”)in accordance with the requirements of building a high quality steel ecosystem and intelligent manufacturing can provide platform support for achieving a“one headquarters,multiple bases”control mode.It can achieve traceable integrated production organization,consistent quality control,full process material tracking,and production quality data,thereby improving the management efficiency and accuracy of various business sectors of metal products,and providing strong support for the rapid development of metal product production in steel enterprises.
