混合盐胁迫对三叶木通生理特性的影响

摘要 [目的]探究混合盐胁迫对三叶木通生长的影响。[方法]采用不同浓度的NaCl、Na_(2)SO_(4)的混合盐溶液对三叶木通的幼苗进行浇施,并测定其自由水/束缚水含量、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量、电导率、MDA含量、POD活性等生理指标,与浇施蒸馏水对照组进行对比试验,得出混合盐胁迫对三叶木通生理指标的影响情况。[结果]当混合盐胁迫增加时,自由水含量整体上呈现逐步降低的变化趋势,束缚水含量呈现出先降低再增高的变化趋势;三叶木通的可溶性糖含量呈增加趋势,脯氨酸含量呈现出先减后增的变化趋势;盐浓度越高,相对电导率越高;三叶木通的MDA含量呈下降趋势,POD活性呈现出先降低后增加的趋势。[结论]低盐胁迫下,三叶木通能够通过增加渗透调节物质,提高耐受性,而高盐胁迫对其部分生理指标产生影响;三叶木通对混合盐胁迫有一定的耐受性。 [Objective]The aim was to explore the effects of mixed salt stress on the growth of Akebia trifoliata.[Method]Different concentrations of NaCl and Na_(2)SO_(4) mixed salt solution were used to irrigate the seedlings of A.trifoliata,and the physiological indexes such as free water/bound water content,soluble sugar and proline content,conductivity,MDA content and POD activity were measured.Compared with the control group of distilled water,the effects of mixed salt stress on the physiological indexes of A.trifoliata were obtained.[Result]When the mixed salt stress increased,the free water content showed a decreasing trend as a whole,and the bound water content showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.The soluble sugar content of A.trifoliata showed an increasing trend,and the proline content showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.The higher the salt concentration,the higher the relative conductivity.The MDA content of A.trifoliata showed a downward trend,and the POD activity showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.[Conclusion]Under low salt stress,A.trifoliata could improve tolerance by increasing osmotic adjustment substances,while high salt stress had an effect on some physiological indexes.A.trifoliate has a certain tolerance to mixed salt stress.
