基于议价博弈的医药产业技术创新战略联盟得益分配机制的构建

Construction of the benefit distribution mechanism about pharmaceutical industrial technology innovation strategic alliance based on bargaining

医药产业技术创新战略联盟是由不同创新主体组建的联合组织,对总体实力相对偏弱的中国医药企业而言,这种组织形态能够满足产业整体技术创新的要求。不同创新主体通过联盟可以获取超出独立创新的高额得益,这也是各主体组建联盟的根本目的。然而联盟成员众多,得益分配是否合理势必会影响联盟的稳定运行。本文通过议价博弈分析3种得益分配方式,提出了得益分配的建议,研究结果能为联盟的稳定提供一些思考。

Pharmaceutical industrial technology innovation strategic alliance is a joint organization formed by different innovation subjects.For Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises with relatively weak overall strength,this organizational form can meet the requirements of the overall technological innovation of the industry.Different innovation subjects can obtain high benefits beyond the independent innovation through the alliance,which is the fundamental purpose of each subject to form the alliance.However,there are many members in the alliance,so whether the benefit distribution is reasonable is bound to affect the stable operation of the alliance.This article analyzed three methods of benefit distribution through bargaining game analysis and put forward the suggestions of benefit distribution,which can provide some thoughts for alliance stability.
