乙型肝炎病毒相关慢加急性肝衰竭合并肝性脑病患者临床特点及预后影响因素研究

Clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of hepatitis B virusassociated chronic acute liver failure complicated with hepatic encephalopathy

目的探讨总结乙型肝炎病毒导致肝衰竭同时确诊肝性脑病患者在临床方面所表现出的特点以及影响预后的因素。方法对2022年1月-2023年1月期间在天津市第二人民医院接受检查与治疗的患者展开回顾性分析,纳入乙型肝炎病毒导致肝衰竭同时确诊肝性脑病患者234例,探讨患者群体的临床特点以及影响预后的回归性因素。结果研究数据结果显示,共有104例患者在治疗后病情好转,130例患者出现病情恶化或者死亡。影响此类患者的预后因素较多,具体包括肝硬化、总胆红素、血清钠、凝血酶原活动度。结论此类患者在临床方面表现出病情严重、预后较差等特点,影响患者预后因素包括肝硬化、血清钠等。根据上述影响因素,结合患者的实际情况制定对应的治疗方案,从而提高患者的预后质量水平。

Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate and summarize the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of hepatitis B virus patients with liver failure and diagnosed hepatic encephalopathy.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on the patients who received examination and treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023,including 234 patients with hepatitis B virus with liver failure and confirmed hepatic encephalopathy,to explore the clinical characteristics of the patient population and the regression factors affecting the prognosis.Results A total of 104 patients improved after treatment and 130 patients deteriorated or died.There are many prognostic factors affecting these patients,including liver cirrhosis,total bilirubin,serum sodium and prothrombin activity.Conclus ion These patients are characterized by severe disease and poor prognosis.The factors affecting prognosis include liver cirrhosis and serum sodium.According to the above influencing factors,corresponding treatment measures are formulated according to the actual situation of patients,so as to improve the quality of patients'prognosis.
