摘要
目的分析肩周炎(Frozen shoulder,FS)患者局部注射得宝松、利多卡因、维生素Bi2的效果。方法从2023年1月-2023年12月的FS患者中随机抽取50例,采用随机数字表法分为A组(25例,常规治疗)和B组(25例,局部注射得宝松、利多卡因、维生素B12混合液),对比两组治疗效果。结果B组治疗7d、治疗1个月、治疗2个月、治疗3个月VAS评分低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月B组Constant评分(疼痛、日常生活活动、前举、外展、外旋、内旋)高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月、治疗3个月B组肩关节活动度(前屈、后伸、外展)高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月B组SF-36评分(生理机能、生理职能、驱体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康)高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FS患者局部注射得宝松、利多卡因、维生素B12混合液,能更好地改善疼痛感,恢复肩关节功能,提高肩关节活动度和生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of local injection of debossone,lidocaine and vitamin B_(12) in patients with shoulder periarthritis(FS).Methods 50 patients with FS from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly selected and divided into group A(25 cases,conventional treatment)and group B(25 cases,local injection of deboxone,lidocaine,vitamin Bi2 mixture)by random number table method,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Results The VAS scores of group B were lower than those of group A at 7 days,I month.2 months and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05);the Constant score(pain,activities of daily living,forward lift,abduction,external rotation and internal rotation)of group B was higher than that of group A at 3 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The shoulder joint motion(flexion,extension and abduction)of group B was higher than that of group A at 1 month and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).The SF-36 score(physiological function,role physical,physical pain,general health status,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health)of group B was higher than that of group A at 3 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In FS patients,local injection of Debossone,lidocaine,vitamin Bi2 mixture can better improve pain,restore shoulder joint function,and improve shoulder joint motion and quality of life.
