血清抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)在孕前隐匿性卵巢储备功能降低诊断中的应用

Application of serum anti Mullerian hormone(AMH)in the diagnosis of hidden ovarian reserve dysfunction before pregnancy

目的卵巢储备功能评估对女性孕育十分重要,对此分析血清抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)血清指标在女性孕育检查前的应用价值。方法选取2022年9月-2023年10月收治的孕前卵巢储备功能降低者90例为病例组,并以同期收集卵巢储备功能正常者50例为对照1组,卵巢储备功能高反应者40例为对照2组。对比观察三组研究对象血清学检查结果差异,观察不同血清指标对孕前隐匿性卵巢储备检测灵敏度、特异度。结果三组研究对象血清数据对比发现,病例组的FSH表达水平高于对照1组、对照2组,AMH表达水平低于对照1组、对照2组,AFC少于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05);探讨血清FSH、AMH及AFC诊断孕前隐匿性卵巢储备功能灵敏度、特异度发现,AMH灵敏度、特异度高于FSH、AFC(P<0.05)。结论AMH能有效评估育龄期女性卵巢功能情况,为育龄期女性后续备孕提供参考,临床可进一步推广运用。

0bjective The evaluation of owarian reserve is very important for female pregnancy,and the application value of serum antiMullerian hormone(AMH)serum indexes in female fertility examination was analyzed.Methods A total of 90 patients with low ovarian reserve before pregnancy who were admitted in September 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the case group,and 50 cases with normal ovarian reserve were collected during the same period as the control group 1,and 40 cases with high ovarian reserve response were collected as the control group 2.The three groups were compared and observed the difference in serological examination results,and the sensitivity and specificity of different serum indexes for the detection of occult ovarian reserve before pregnancy.Results The serum data of the three groups showed that the expression level of FSH in the case group was higher than that in the control group 1 and control group 2,the expression level of AMH in the case group was lower than that in the control group 1 and control group 2,and the AFC was lower than that in the control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion AMH can effectively evaluate ovarian function in women of childbearing age,and can provide a reference for women of childbearing age to prepare for pregnancy in the future,and can be further popularized and used in clinical practice.
